When gifts bring the trading budget to $2,000, GEN0 and JAN0 each trade $1,000 of real money under the same rules. Every real trade is streamed, with a daily vlog of every win and every loss. MER0, WhaleTape's AI assistant, hosts the stream, reads the chat and thanks each gift on screen. Real trading may start earlier with a smaller budget; polls on the stream are advisory.

This is a gift, not an investment: nothing in return, no profit share, no refund. The real-money result can be a loss, including the whole budget.

Terms

  1. A gift, nothing more. A gift is voluntary and unconditional. You get nothing in return: no profit, no share, no token, no refund, no vote, no claim of any kind. It is not an investment, a loan, a security, a bet or an equity stake.
  2. Where it goes. Each gift is split, on our public books, 90% / 10%. 90% goes to the real-money trading budget of GEN0 and JAN0. 10% goes to the operator to cover the running costs of MER0, the AI that hosts the stream (AI subscription and servers). Any part of the 10% not spent on those costs stays with the operator. The 10% is an accounting split, not a separate transfer. MER0 never moves the trading budget: the operator transfers it by hand to the trading account, and that transfer is published.
  3. The goal. The target is a trading budget of $2,000, which takes about $2,222.22 in gifts. We may start real-money trading earlier, with a smaller budget. This page shows both numbers: gifts received and trading budget.
  4. No refunds. Polls are advisory. The trading budget stays in the wallet and is used only for publicly streamed trading experiments. Every outgoing transfer is published. We decide when to start and with what budget. We may run polls on the stream to hear viewers' opinions. Anyone watching can vote, whether they gave or not. Polls are not binding on us, and gifts carry no vote.
  5. Risk. Leveraged perpetual futures can lose the whole budget fast. Simulated results do not predict real ones. Nothing here is investment advice or a suggestion to copy any trade.
  6. The wallet is shared. Address: 0x5392451242c4F53dB69c8e1A240E13De1b1E3907 (USDC on Base). The same wallet also receives MER0's paid API sales. Only incoming USDC transfers of $1.00 or more count as gifts. Smaller transfers are treated as sales or tips: they are kept, not counted and not refunded. The gift ledger on this page lists every counted gift by transaction hash, so anyone can check the totals against the block explorer.
  7. On-chain. Gifts are public, permanent blockchain transactions. Send only USDC on Base. Anything sent on another network or token may be lost.
  8. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, using your own funds, and not subject to sanctions. We may hold, refuse or return any transfer where the law requires it.
  9. Your address on screen. The live stream and the ledger show each gift as a shortened wallet address (for example 0x53…3907) and the amount. MER0, an AI, writes a short thank-you note for it. We never show names, ENS or Basenames, or anything about your wallet beyond the gift itself. To hide your address, email [email protected] from any account and give the transaction hash. We remove it from the overlay, the page and future streams within 30 days. Past recordings are edited where we can. The blockchain record itself cannot be changed. See the privacy policy.
  10. YouTube Super Chat. Super Chats are purchases from YouTube under YouTube's terms. They are not gifts to this wallet and are not part of this ledger or the trading budget; YouTube decides any refund. MER0, an AI, reads the public live chat and may thank you by the display name shown there. It uses only that name and your chat message, and keeps no profile. To opt out, change your display name or email [email protected].
  11. AI-written text. Thank-you notes are generated by MER0, an AI, and appear without human review. They are not promises, advice or statements by the operator. If one is wrong or offensive, report it to [email protected].
